The Hug-A-Dog Harness® is a form-fitting walking harness that is easy on the dog and the owner. Made of durable, cool, poly-knit mesh as the body of the harness. Easy to put on with hook & loop closures (like Velcro®). No straps. No rubbing or choking. Transfers pulling pressure to chest area. Machine washable and dryable.
The Hug-A-Dog Harness® is the original vest-style harness. If the label doesn't say Hug-A-Dog, it's just a copycat!

Harlow Ordered a black mesh harness for everyday use with my Harlow. This is not my first time using your harnesses. Love the style selection. Love the fit and durability of all your products. Easy to Use
I love the hug a dog harness. It is easy to put on my dachshund and fits well. It keeps my dachshund secure even when she wants to chase squirrels when we are on a walk. Definitely the best harness we’ve owned.

Fantastic
While these might be slightly more expensive than similar products, they are well worth it. It's the only harness I will by for my dachshunds. We have had these for years for our dogs and loved them. So naturally, we got one for our 6 month old puppy Otis. Our dogs wear them virtually all the time. They have lasted us for several years at least. And you can simply toss it in the washer. They don't put pressure on the dog's neck, which is super important for dachshunds. And I personally love, and highly recommend adding the handle. It makes it easier to pick up the dogs. Simply put, buy one, you won't regret it.

Love the harness!
The harness with seatbelt handle is the only harness we’ve used for our boys (dachshunds) since we rescued the more than 12 years ago. Our first rescue came with one of these harnesses, and we’ve used aver since. We love them, and the boys love them, and they reduce the leash-walk stress and strain on the dachshund spine. The Velcro is heavy duty and the harnesses lasts a long time. We’ve replaced them every 4–5 years. The older ones still work, but the edges eventually start to fray from wash and wear. Easy on and easy off except for strong Velcro hold, which can be a bit challenging when trying to take it off. Happy to have the strong hold, however! Grab Bag purchases worked very well for us on the last two purchases. We’ll keep buying and using as long as we have dogs. Thanks for a great product!

Do Not Hesitate on Grab Bag Items
We have been DD customers for many years (currently, we have three doxies and a chihuahua -who has one also) - these harnesses are not only very cute, but also functional, especially those with the handles. Do not be afraid of the grab bag items - DD will work with you to get the harnesses that are suitable! They also fit other breeds such as our Chihuahua.

Love Love Love
I bought this harness for a 7 month old puppy it looks great and he loves going on walks. When I called and ordered they even made sure to send it a little bit big for his growing. I absolutely LOVE these harness and have been using them for almost 10 years best harness on the markets

Great harness!!
This is the 3rd harness I've bought for our dachshund. It is the only type that keeps him from escaping! Its comfortable & washable & also keeps his back & neck from getting injured as it doesn't tug on him like a collar would. These are the best! I definitely recommend them! Thanks!!

Hug a dog harness
These are the BEST harnesses you can get for your dachshund. My girl is great at getting her front legs out of most harnesses, but not these. I now have 4 of them in different colors. Wear great, wash just fine. Because of the design, no strain on their backs, the only harness I will ever use. Customer service and delivery time, also great. ??

Love These Vests!!
I love these vests and have bought them in the past. They are perfect for dachshunds and double as a safety harness by passing a seat belt through the handle. I do this if my Roz's carseat isn't available. The quality is outstanding and they last for years. Great product and well worth the money!!

Love This Harness!
This is my 2nd Hug-A-Dog Harness and I love the mesh. I got the black trimmed in green for my black/tan dachshund. It fits so well, and looks so good.

She loves it!
Our awkwardly shaped doxie loves the harness - she comes running over to have it put on, which is a big change from the slow, reluctant shuffle we saw with the old harness. The fit is also significantly better. The noise from the Velcro makes her a little nervous when we take it off, but even she seems to think the comfort and convenience is worth it. And now she has the handle we've always needed to help her move around!

Buy this harness!
This was the perfect harness for my foster boy. He needed a lot of training and the handle made that easier. Plus, I knew I could count on the d-ring and sturdy velcro to hold him in check when he would get too excited during walks. I highly recommend Hug-A-Dog harnesses

Mesh harnesses
I love your harnesses for all my dogs. Only comment may be the harness ring is awfully large in thickness and size for smaller dogs. Some retractable leashes have small snap hooks. Suggest ring size for size of the harness. Thanks
