If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately and we will correct the problem.
How to return:
If returning by USPS, either insure the package or use Delivery
Confirmation. UPS and FedEx automatically provide insurance up to $100
on shipments. Please include a copy of your sales receipt with a note of
instructions telling us what you need (refund, replacement, exchange,
If an item must be returned due to our mistake, we
will refund your return shipping costs. In some cases, we will issue a
UPS Call Tag for pick-up.
Returns of drop-shipped products:
For products that are drop-shipped from the manufacturer (all
hand-crafted wooden items, Lookouts, Cozy Caves, strollers), there will
be a 20% restocking fee.
Returns of personalized items: There will be a $5 return charge for any item that has been personalized, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges for incorrect sizing:
If a custom-made item is returned due to customer miss-measurement,
